Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Playded Games mobile games listed below handle, why, and the choices you have. The games are published by Truvu Ltd, trading as Playded Games (playdedgames.com), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15896033, "we" or "us" in this policy. Truvu Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. This one policy applies to every game below.

1. The short version
- Our games have no accounts and no sign in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- Your game progress is saved on your device only.
- Some games send anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase, with consent where required.
- The games show ads through Google AdMob (or Huawei Ads on AppGallery builds), which may use your device's advertising ID. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first and can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings, Privacy options.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play (or Huawei AppGallery). We never see your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information the games handle
Not every game uses every item below. Each row says which games it applies to where it does not apply to all of them.

We do not use our games to collect precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data.
3. Advertising
Our games are free to play and supported by ads. Some games show only optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch; others also show banner or interstitial ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google's use of data is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and wherever else required, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice in the game at Settings, Privacy options.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android settings (Google, Ads, or Privacy, Ads).
- Where a game sells a NO ADS item, buying it removes interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded ads stay available if you want their rewards.
4. In app purchases
Some games offer optional purchases of in game items. All payments are processed by Google Play (or Huawei AppGallery) under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation of what was bought, never your card or bank details.
5. Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided information through one of our games, contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers listed above (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, and Huawei on AppGallery builds) so the games can work, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of players and Truvu Ltd. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising except through AdMob as described in section 3, which you can control.
7. Retention and security
Game saves stay on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Information held by Google or Huawei is kept under their retention policies. Data sent over the network is encrypted in transit.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, South Africa's POPIA, or California's CCPA and CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); elsewhere it is your local authority. Because our games keep no account and store progress only on your device, most of this is in your own hands: uninstall the game or clear its data to delete your progress, use Settings, Privacy options to change ad consent, and use your Android settings for your advertising ID. For anything else, contact us.
9. International transfers
Google and Huawei may process information in countries other than yours, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our games change. We will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the game or on the store listing.
